With great regret I am writing my dining experience at your restaurant tonight.
We visited today i.e., Friday the 11th March 2010 at 07:30 p.m, chose Dosa Buffette ...The server took the order at 07:35 and nothing served till 08:15 p.m, finally after repeated reminders they served the Ootappam, a very tiny little one Uttappam. We gave bunch of different dosas in the beginning itself. After serving Utappam, rest of the order never came.Except for us, rest of the people who did not order Dosa Buffette, they get served quickly and several people ate and left also. Finally the waitress came and said, she lost the order, can u re-order. We got stuck till 09:00 p.m, we lost the momentum, did not enjoy
though they brought some of the forgotten Dosas, it did not help. Finally when i requested for Bill, they never brought, I had to go the front desk and pay myself.
I was shocked to see gratuity 15% added to this kind of service. We paid $30.00 for nothing in return , it is just waste of our time and rip off, it is nothing but Cheating and greediness. Very bad service. It is just a rip off, PLEASE DON'T go there especially for Dosa Night
